It was okay. Positive: This property has a great location. It it attached to Dubai Mall and the Kempinski building itself is prestigious. Negative: Although the host eventually gets back to communications there were some urgent issues that I had to wait for. The accommodation itself needs some work - there are lightbulbs that need replacing, the door to the balcony is super heavy/stuck, and there is a dampness issue. The bathtub exists - but don't expect more than an inch of hot water or a long hot shower. And yes - I did tell the host about some of these things, but not everything. There is only so much effort I am going to put into complaining about a temporary accommodation. The host seems to be counting on this.

Great value for a fabulous location. Contact management before arrival to ensure smooth entry. Negative: It took some time to get ahold of the person to let us in. We arrived early, but had not made WhatsApp contact with the manager prior to arrival. Definitely do that if you are staying there. There is no reception or lobby, or general hotel services. We spent a lot of time sitting around not knowing anything, until we received a message from the manager. Once we made contact the manager was very helpful, and got us into our place a couple of hours early. Once we had the contact info things went pretty smoothly, but until then there was a lot of unknown, including the people in the building lobby not knowing what Creston Suites is.
