Positive: The accommodation was exactly as I expected. Everything went very well, but without a doubt, the highlight was the service. I was assisted by Abdelrahman .who was extremely attentive and demonstrated that he is an excellent professional. He explained everything very clearly, was always available, and did everything he could to make sure my stay was exactly as I had imagined and expected. His care and attention made all the difference in my experience. I highly recommend it!
