Apartamento de 1 quarto no centro de Dubai com varanda | A poucos passos do Burj Khalifa e do Dubai Mall

Positive: The location was good and room was clean. Negative: The staff was very uncooperative and unprofessional. They didn't attend our calls during our stay. On the first day no water bottles were provided even after asking he didnot provide water. During our 3 night stay only on the last day water bottles were provided. We meet the staff at 2 am in the lobby and informed him that we have to check out at 6 am in the morning. He asked us to call him and he will send his colleague to our room. But at the time of checkout we tried to call on all the four numbers provided but the calls went unanswered. We could have missed out flight due to the delay in check out.

After a rocky start to check-in, every other aspect of the stay was exceptional - I will return! Negative: Getting the keys and completing checking in took over an hour. It took the host a long time to respond to my arrival text and then I had to wait again to get the key. The host was very nice and apologetic though after more than 24 hours traveling, it was frustrating to have such a long and difficult check-in. The check out process was the exact opposite - smooth, quick and easy. The apartment vastly exceeded my expectations - clean, AC was great - it even included daily room servicing which was a nice surprise. I will definitely stay here again. All of the staff was also very nice.
