Negative: I stayed at this property from 8–11 February and would not choose to stay here again due to several operational and service issues: 1. There is no proper or unified reception desk. Check-in is informal. 2. Because there is no reception, there are no front-desk services such as receiving mail, holding items, or assisting guests when staff are not present, which made the stay inconvenient. 3. Upon arrival, I had to drag my bags to the elevators myself. The staff member who met me did not assist with my luggage. 4. When I asked the staff member to wait briefly while I retrieved items from my bag, they refused, stating they had other errands. 5. The room was handed over while housekeeping was still ongoing, which felt unprofessional. 6. My card was charged and then refunded in cash, without this being explained clearly at check-in. 7. The balcony door was very difficult to open. Although staff came once and opened it in front of me, it was not practical or convenient to rely on assistance every time I wanted to use the balcony.

Needs some tlc Positive: Situated in the right place to get to the fountains Negative: The room was lack of cutlery and cups no shower curtain or screen water sprayed whole floor and I have issues with wet floors due to balance 1 old chair on balcony door very stiff .needs some tlc there and it be a fab place to everyone

Shabby and dated Positive: The location, that's about it. Negative: They don't really tell you its not part of the hotel/suite complex but privately run unit by unit. The check-in process was not the most seamless, although the gentleman who helped with the check-in did do me a great favour regarding the deposit. The room itself was a bit run down, the window sealing was coming off, the bath lever was broken. It all felt a little dated and not as nice as the photos.
