Shabby and dated
Positive: The location, that's about it.
Negative: They don't really tell you its not part of the hotel/suite complex but privately run unit by unit. The check-in process was not the most seamless, although the gentleman who helped with the check-in did do me a great favour regarding the deposit.
The room itself was a bit run down, the window sealing was coming off, the bath lever was broken. It all felt a little dated and not as nice as the photos.
